WE ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS WE WILL NOT.

Payments

For now we only have Paypal. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PAY WITH PAYPAL. If you are having issues checking out we can send you a paypal invoice separately from the site. Just email us your wishlist to tape@wishywashi.com. Payment must be made within two days of invoicing or invoices will be canceled in order to make stock available again.

Returns

Returns will be accepted with initial contact being within 5 days of delivery. Items must be physically returned within 10 days. There will be a 10% restocking fee and buyer pays initial shipping and return shipping costs. Items must also be unused and in original packaging. Due to the nature of some of our items, if it does not come in the manufacturers plastic wrap it cannot be returned. Our email is tape@wishywashi.com. We will not accept returns from outside the United States.

We will absolutely not mark packages for less than they are worth or as gifts.  This is considered fraud and we are not interested in conducting business this way.  Once we ship, and provide you with your customs tracking number, we are NO LONGER responsible for your package! Please ask for INSURANCE if you are not sure that your package will make it to your doorstep!!! We ship to ONLY the paypal address you supply via your payment so it is up to YOU to make sure you have the correct address listed.  We may take up to 10 business days to ship international.

FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!!!!! If you use it then we will issue you a shipping invoice that will require payment before we can ship plus our international handling charge of $4.
